City of Palm Desert Attorney Fashion Week El Paseo 03/01/10 Discover the latest in fashion, interior design, art, and accessories at the fifth annual Fashion Week El Paseo to be held March 21 – 28. What began as a three-day event has grown into a week-long celebration of current trends and classic styles from around the globe. In addition to a wide variety of daily events in the Fashion Week tent at Larkspur Lane and El Paseo, attendees will enjoy browsing scores of retail stores and galleries hosting in-store celebrations. For the first time this year, Fashion Week features a delectable new addition – Fashion Food & Wine. Monday, March 22 Runway Bar El Paseo Fashion Show starts at 7 p.m. featuring designs from 15 top El Paseo stores. A sellout each year, this show ranges from one-of-a-kind designs by local designers to name brands from around the world. $50 Tuesday, March 23 Beginning at 7 p.m., ASID Project Runway has top ASID-member interior designers using materials from their trade — fabrics, tiles, and paints — to design innovative creations in high fashion. $65 Wednesday, March 24 Designers From Around the World, Inspired by the Universe Fashion design from around the world converges on El Paseo at 7 p.m. for an evening of adventure. $50 Spa Day is a free health, beauty, and wellness expo from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. featuring the Valley's finest spas on the center lawn at the Gardens on El Paseo.
